Full of personality, Singapuras are very inquisitive, sociable and affectionate cats. They are also sensitive and demand human company and affection.

They love climbing and finding perches high up where they can observe in safety, and can they are often found sitting on shoulders or on top of cupboards. Climbing trees is a great delight.

They will follow their owners everywhere and are quite happy walking with a harness and leash. They are still effectively 'tropical' cats in temperament and adore warm places. The Singapura is the smallest pedigree breed, with large eyes and a short silky coat.
